Imagery Analysis for Analysts

Duration: Three days

This course has been designed exclusively for analysts that are required to use, or have an understanding of, the capabilities of imagery in the course of their duties. Delegates will be trained by experienced former military intelligence analysts that have used imagery in real operations including supporting police investigations such as counter terrorist operations, large area searches for missing persons, serious crime investigations and providing support to VIP events.

Delegates will gain an insight into effective use of imagery that can be a force multiplier in the investigation cycle. Delegates can then confidently task the collection of imagery from surveillance teams or the Force Air Support Unit to provide a more effective product without the need to re-task.

With sources of imagery becoming more available for investigations such as CCTV, trained staff can better support investigations more effectively thereby helping to speed up the investigation process.
